It was unfortunate that I required the services of an Adjuster as I was devastated by total loss from a fire. Karl from Clear Adjusting was part of the solution and provided clear instructions on how to proceed through the paper work. Communication was easy and calls/emails were promptly returned or answered. The claim was settled very quickly, I am very thankful for the work that was done by Clear Adjusting for this positive outcome.

Rob Jonker - After going back and forth with Rob for over two months and over 19 emails on behalf of his client, I was asked continuously to provide additional work at no charge for him. While I had already spent over an hour to provide reports, notes, and pictures that went well above and beyond our usual invoice and reports, he then continued to threaten us with "I’ll just make sure to steer my clients away from your company since you can’t give me a simple answer as to where the failure happened and the nature of that failure" until he got what he wanted. A month later, he then came back demanding more work at no charge. When I stated our policies once again, a negative review was written because we wouldnt break further company policy. Very unprofessional and would not suggest working with him.
