Caramel Russell has been my insurance agent for almost 7 years. A friend recommended her and I am so thankful he did. My previous company slapped me with a 20% rate increase so I took my friend's recommendation. Caramel has been an excellent agent! She is thorough, kind, professional yet friendly. She has many years of experience and has kept me from making poor auto coverage decisions on several occasions.
