I have been with State Farm for almost 20 years now. Moved from Texas to Denver almost 5 years ago now, and was at first sad to give up my local agent from Austin I had a close 15 year relationship with, but I got set up with Kenny Plank here in Denver.

And Boy! Do I love working with Kenny (and his office manager Isaac is fantastic too!)

Does Kenny have a clone? I don't know how Kenny always seems to be available for a question, from support on claims to answering policy questions.

It is certain to me a great competitive advantage and why I chose to stay with State Farm that everything doesn't have to go through a 1-800 number like so many other carriers have gone. I still have a great agent whose number is in my phone as 'Kenny Plank' not just 'State Farm' to call when I need support on something.

And he operates like a true customer advocate throughout annual renewal review and the claims processes to be sure you get the best service possible. I WORK for a Broker in Commercial Insurance, and even THAT, my own personal insurance can fall to 'autopilot' for me, like all the other reoccurring bills.

But I can always count on a call or email from Kenny ~30days before renewal of my policies, to just be sure nothing has changed. He's more

If you’re thinking of State Farm for your insurance needs, do yourself a favor and see this office. My boyfriend and I have been customers at Kenny’s office for years now. Isaac and Kenny’s customer service is exceptional and they always guide us on ways to save money with the many policies we have. Isaac is very knowledgeable so he always has answers to my questions and he responds to emails/phone calls in a timely manner. I was involved in a car accident early last year (some of you know how extremely overwhelming and stressful the aftermath can be) and even though accidents and claims are a whole different department, Isaac and Kenny were there to guide me with advice/suggestions and helped me get connected with the right people every step of the way.

Kenny, Isaac, and Guy are a great team. They are always available, and have an excellent open door policy at their office. They are such good people, that I pass by their office pretty often just to say hi or talk for a while.

Needless to say they have been amazing. From the moment I moved to Denver, they have been an oasis in the middle of the desert. And when my new car got stolen and was totaled, they were there every step of the way. Not even an hour after it happened Kenny Plank Insurance and State Farm had already setup a rental car for pickup at Hertz. Talk about reliability and customer service. Kenny plank is an awesome agent. Low pressure. Highly knowledgeable and will find you the best deal in insurance. He really knows his stuff. I will always work with State Farm as they have small town service with large city insurance coverage.
