I hope things have changed since the brief time I was there 15 years ago. When I started out, they were very impressed with how much I knew about computers, the Internet, etc. And then, once on the floor, it was found that I could not type and talk at the same time. And for that, I was YELLED AT IN ANGER, when this aspect of the job was NEVER covered in training! This place is ABUSIVE to their employees! Needless to say, I will NEVER use ANY Internet service provider that uses these losers for tech support!
