Professional, honest, and on-time are just some of the many qualities of this company. Ken, Rich and their crew cleared about 500 feet of trees, and turned our “pit of dispair” into usable functional yard space, I personally gained about 10,000 sq ft. The crew discovered 18 dump trucks full of buried trees in my yard and quickly and efficiently removed it. This company is more than a tree removal service. You won’t be upset if you choose these guys! It’s hard to find this kind of craftsmanship and quality in Alaska.

I needed a large cottonwood tree removed as preventative measure to avoid fence and house damage if it fell. I got 3 quotes including theirs.Much less expensive, able to do sooner and a bonus, owner and much of his crew are military vets. They came on time, drama free and did the job as we discussed. Very efficient crew, fun to watch the tree climber! It’s all done now, very happy with them and recommend them!

Ken is a military Veteran and one of the owners with Bottom Dollar Tree Service. He gave us a very fair quote to remove a large tree in our yard. He was very easy to work with, friendly, professional and straight forward. He and the other owner, who is also a veteran, Rich and there crew arrived on the date and time promised. All of them were really impressive to watch. These guys definitely exceeded our expectations. Prompt professional and the area was cleaned up and left better than before. They completed the entire job from start to finish in about an hour! They are definitely the only company to hire for your outdoor projects! Thank you Ken and Rich for your military service and thanks to your crew for doing exceptional work. Our yard looks great now!

I called 3 different tree services for tree removal, Ken was the only one to get back to me immediately. The other tree services called 24-48 hours later. He had did a quick thorough assessment of what could be removed, spruce bark beetle killed trees right next to our power drop line, and 10 medium to large Cottonwoods. He also recommended some brush clearing which I had been working on, but it was a year upon year project, especially getting rid of the brush. The price was fair, and his scheduling worked with our. The crew arrived and we were in awe at the professionalism, speed, quality of equipment. In 3.5 hours, they cleared areas that would have taken years to accomplish on my own. The small hydro-axe was brilliant at clearing all the alder and brush. I will gladly use them in the future.

Ken and Richard run a first class operation and I could not be more pleased with their work and professionalism.
Their attention to detail and professionalism was absolutely outstanding. They did a fantastic job with clearing a large area for our new shop and chipped all the wood up and cleaned up the leafs and branches on the ground before leaving. Had this company come out two years ago and do some landscaping work for a new construction home. The backyard was graded basically level, so the water drainage was not functional at all. Since I have some clay in the soil the water just collects in the middle of the backyard and I have to put a sump pump in the puddle to drain it to the tree line. The ground had also settled creating a trip hazard for kids and water pools up even more after a heavy downpour. I have contacted this company multiple times and agreed to pay for the material and the company would do the labor without cost to me. Basically what I keep getting is empty promises. For a company to boast about their military service, I have found that they have no integrity to right any wrongs or to simply satisfy the customer. Especially, after I shelled out quite a bit of money. The lack of follow-through and poor communication is also evident. These are attributes that one develops after serving in the military. I should know, I have 20 years of service under my belt and have been on many deployments. Completely not satisfied at all and will go out of my way to deter people from using this company for any of their services.

What can I say except amazing!!!! Ken and his team came out to help myself and two neighbors with a huge project that seemed impossible at the time. We had a large creek bed that had dried up and became a huge safety concern for all of our kids due to sink holes, dead falling trees and a steep drop-off. Ken and his team fixed the incline, leveled our properties, removed all the hazardous dead decaying trees and stumps, fixed the holes and filled the creek bed. In one week our backyards went from a hazard to usable. Our kids can play back there without us being worried and it opened up 40% of our yard. He was very professional, listened and was extremely reasonable with us. If something came up he knew what to do and would share his ideas and knowledge as the project went on to keep us updated accordingly. What seemed like an impossible project he was able to take care of. We could not be happier with their hard work and dedication. I highly recommend him for future projects and will be using them more.

They by far exceeded our expectations for punctuality, professionalism, quality of the work, safety and really get to know what you want and expect. They are definitely best for prices also. Thank you both Kenneth & Richard for your service to our amazing country, and for having such a great team.
