This company will not reach out to you to let you know if taxes are completed, they will give you the run around and lie about contacting you.
I had attempted to reach out to the person doing my taxes and it took 3 calls, (each call was 1 week apart and they promised to get back to me by Monday, and they never did) one online request and physically coming into their location to be able to get a straight answer on when my taxes were completed. I am incredibly disappointed, my father used their services in the past and I never had any of these issues until this year. The most unreliable place and we will not be using their services after this year. They have lost 2 loyal customers.

I have been waiting 2 days for a return phone call about my tax returns that was sent to the irs on March 3rd. It is now April 26th and on the IRS website it doesn't show they have even received it. I would think a business could return a phone call in 2 days even if it was off hours. This business unfortunately died when Lois did.
