Dexter is the most helpful and knowledgeable agent we have ever had with our farm and personal property coverage.
We don't have to worry about whether or not we have enough coverage because he will review our policy to make sure we aren't missing anything. We've never had that from an agent before.

Been insured since 2012 and just found out that magically my reducing deductible that I’ve had in ALL my policies just disappeared… not like $0 amount but don’t exist in my policies. They can go back and see I had it before but don’t know why it isn’t on there now. I was told they can apply it now but unfortunately that won’t help with the claim I’m trying to make. These folks are never in the office from open to close. Dexter is never in the office.. he leaves it up to his office help that obviously don’t know what they are doing! Would not recommend!!

Worst insurance that I have ever dealt with. Terrible response time to claims and argue over the stupidest things. Have never had an insurance be so unresponsive and hard to work with. This particular office never answers the phone and seems like there is never anyone in the office when going in at different times throughout the day. Tried saying that they wouldn’t replace car seats for my children after an accident.
