I have been waiting months for an FSA reimbursement and every contact there is a new excuse. When I noticed a hold on my account 3 weeks into this process I was told it wasn’t on hold and I’d get payment on the next check run. A month later, it was on hold the whole time but don’t worry- they fixed it. Then ghosted by the account admin until I did multiple follow ups, followed by multiple “this week” emails. I am also locked out of my account(even after they reset it) to even check the status myself.

Edit: Even after escalating this, I have received multiple contradicting emails of when I will receive my reimbursement. This week? Next week?
