After waiting 10 days for an appointment with Mr. Beard in a time sensitive matter, he has the audacity to have someone from his office call me less than 24 hours before my schedule appointment to cancel on me. In fact, the call came after 5p resulting in no way to contact another attorney by tomorrow. If you know your personal policy isolates specific contract issues, this should be addressed at the time of the appointment. I would urge others to not risk this situation and speak with an attorney that has a better integrity for your time.

My family and I would highly recommend Beard Law Firm. They were very professional and amazing to work with. They treated my ealderly mother inlaw with the utmost respect always returned our calls in a timely manner and always did everything they told us they would do. They never made us any unreasonable promises and Brian Harvey was absolutely amazing to work with. He went above and beyond for my mother inlaw and faught for her. We are beyond pleased.
