I've been with Alex at Ploch Financial Services for a few years, and honestly, it's been awesome. He makes handling taxes, which I used to dread, very manageable. Alex is really easygoing and quick to respond to whatever I need. Plus, his prices are pretty fair. I'd definitely suggest giving Ploch Financial Services a shot if you're after someone dependable and professional for your finance and business needs!

I have been filing taxes with Ploch Financial for years. Thus far I had been satisfied with the service. But I didn't realize that this business was so incredibly unprofessional. Ken Ploch made decisions about filing my taxes without my consent and without letting me know behind my back. When me and my wife called to inquire about why he was doing this, not only did he get irrationally upset and yell at us but he told us that he doesn't care and to just come get our documents and hung up the phone on us. He did not try to listen or understand our concerns. I've never seen such unprofessional behavior from a business. I would think that a business that deals in people's money and taxes would be more trust worthy than Ploch Financial Services. I am incredibly shocked and disappointed by this business. I would not recommend this business or trust them with your tax information.

Me and generations of my family continue to use Ploch financial. If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. Reasonable prices compared to the financial advisors and tax preparation places I have shopped. Me being an independent contractor taxes are usually a headache. With Alex and Ploch financial made the process very easy.
