I'm wondering why they have a phone number. They didn't answer. On hold for 61 minutes yesterday. 31 minutes today. Yikes.

UPDATE:
Even though they didn't answer the phone, they did call me very quickly when I left a message on the website so I change my star rating to five.
After speaking to Becky who was very nice, it might have been that the call I placed might have been ringing to an unintended number.

I have been a member of SIAA/San of Florida for 7 years. I highly recommend this company. They have a vast knowledge of the Florida Insurance market. Dante, Jason, Mark, Becky, Cathy, Janine & Sarah are always responsive & happy to help. Even with the simplest questions. Having their support has made opening an Independent Agency a very simple & smooth process. The entire staff has been great to work with. I always get a fast response to questions &/or assistance if need be. They have definitely made a large impact in the success of my agency.
