So Rachel has done it all for me in terms of getting me insurance, and she’s always been very nice, and accommodating of what’s happening in my situation while doing so. I left for a month thinking the grass was greener with another option, and she welcomed me back with open arms, her and Tanner both. Speaking of him, he made the process for signing up for life insurance, very easy and explaining everything that it entails and what to expect going forward and pretty much the whole 9 yards. I would say if you’re looking for any type of insurance needs Rachel and Tanner are your tag team that you need to check out they both make this system of shopping for Insurance seem like a breeze plus you get tantalizing conversation as well. You know if you need advice on anything Related, they’ll give you that too. Shoutout to Tanner and Rachel.

I have had Shelter for all my insurance needs for many years . Tanner Lee is my agent, and his right hand assistant Rachel, is phenomenal! She is my go to person for any needs I may have. I cannot say enough about her customer service skills, her willingness to help with any problem or question I may have and always goes the extra mile to make sure I’m getting the best possible service. I recently switched my Home and Auto insurance to Tanner Lee's Agency and it was the easier than I could have ever imagined. On top of the seamless transition, they saved me money! We also recently got a new car and Rachel was able to get our insurance on the new car set up on a Friday evening before the weekend. Rachel Crutcher is a wonderful person to work with for your insurance needs. After my previous insurance company completely failed me, Rachel restored my faith in humanity.
