Do not rely on this company for your tax preparation. After doing our business taxes for two years, they decided they had too many clients and we were one of them they were scraping. They issue with that was, they waited until the tax filing deadline had already passed to let us know. In fact, the only reason we found that out was because we jones called them and they finally told us that.
I had already provided all our financials per their online portal. Twice. At their instruction.
I have backup, in the form of emails, call records and online receipts of uploaded docs to corroborate my statements or in case they want to refute me.
