Nice people for the most part, absolutely horrendous in terms of customer service. Long time customer since my parents got me auto insurance for my first car. Flawless record until I got in a fender bender on icy winter roads (50% liability), somehow increased my premium by 300%+. But the worst part - My mother had to remove my father from her auto insurance after their ugly divorce, and they FORCED her to meet IN PERSON with my abusive father so they could sign him off of her policy.

I just moved to the Yukon and needed to get a new car insurance policy. When I walked in I was given a form that looked very outdated/ unprofessional and I was immediately taken back. Then I was told that it would take days to even get a call back from them. Huge disappointment. Ended up going to the HUB and they were amazing! They had a new policy approved and ready for me in 20 minutes. (And i didn’t need to fill out any forms!)

Possibly the most spectacularly unhelpful company I've encountered.
While trying to sort out a relatively urgent matter I called and emailed several times over the course of 3 days but could never get hold of a broker or had my calls returned. Resolved my issue after a 5 minute conversation with one of there competitors. Do not recommend

Worst service I've ever had by an insurance broker,not knowledgable about your coverage..or even if your a customer, had them tell me I'm not a customer....after 3 years of being a customer, the broker proceeds to argue....bare minimum services provided, taking money and doing nothing. Unprofessional would be an understatement. Just go to TD better service ,and coverage...including windshield and rental coverage ...included...as with any insurance other than using ta firth...for the same price...

I’ve been a TA Firth client for about 20 years and I appreciate how easy it is to get in, get out and get driving. I love how they pay for cabs for holiday partaying. Huge props to my girl Amber and the rest of the insurance rockstars like Lindsay, Shelane, Shannon, Chantal and Dakota.
