Jerry and Diane are absolute lifesavers! Their knowledge and their willingness to spend time with me is just incredible. Both Jerry and Diane spent extra time to make sure I understood my alternatives and then helped me to make a truly informed decision. I cannot speak highly enough of their competence, their demeanor, and their ability to work through the complexities of the health care system - its just amazing. And when I was over charged, they asked for the paperwork and I never heard another word about it from the provider. Note: Back the next year for a consultation. Jerry answered all my questions thoroughly while
guiding me through the process. What a relief!

I have never had an insurance experience so good, nor had I even thought to imagine one. I walked in dreadfully stressed, because of technical problems transferring from Medicaid, since my income is now over the Medicaid cutoff, and not only were they patient enough with my stressed state of mind and plethora of questions to get me signed up for an insurance plan that fit my needs, but they walked me through the technicalities that had been roadblocks to me. In addition, they were friendly and helpful to one another, and sympathetic to my stress. To say I was impressed is a vast understatement. Bring your business here. They deserve it, and you will be happy with your decision.
