Cody has been our agent for 4 years now and they have been doing an excellent job. Great service during renewals and very quick with the certs as well. Never any issues and always treated us with respect and a genuine interest to help and solve our issues. Even things that are unrelated to the insurance policy but in his field of experience.

I would say we are probably friends by now even though we only met in person once.

Every time I get a spam call or email during renewals I am laughing. With the all the things that Cody and his team have done for us over the years they must be a fool to think I will go with someone else because they cold called me or sent a spam email.

Cody knows how business is done and he takes good care of us. Nothing like the corporate/new agencies from the past that are just looking to get their cut.

I’m on the newer side of owning a trucking company. I found a business card at MJ Transportation looking for commercial insurance. It was a Genshield Insurance Group card. I must say since day one of speaking with my agent Cody he has been very informative helpful and quick on all my insurance needs and request. On top of that he has so much more experience insight and knowledge about Trucking in general. I highly recommend Genshield and Hope to do many many more years of business with them. One of the worst insurance company. Unfortunately, they are still in business I don’t know how. Lack of everything. Their attitude and professionalism are very very low. Don’t deal with them. They easy retaliate against and maliciously try to cause you issue. Be careful.

Honestly, they are super sweet helpful. Soon as I call them, they done a lot of job for me. They work hard and honestly they deserve the five star. I’m so glad I find them I have my accommodation Insurance with them and I soon as I messaged them I need anything they do it ASAP. Lynnea and Cody from GenShield are awesome! I just started my company and I was looking for insurance so I came here and met with Cody. He helped me save a lot of money on my insurance I couldn't believe the crazy deal he got me! Cody is a great person to work with because he didn’t just help me get a good deal on insurance but also every question I had Hes answered and he goes above and beyond to help!
