Switched over to state farm summer of 23. The team that works with me is great with communication, breaking things down that you don’t have knowledge of, they respond fast and they can communicate through texting instead of calls which is convenient for me. I’m age 25 and the pricing is affordable 100%, I have 2 vehicles on my policy. I’ve had my cousins use state farm as well.
Edit: now age 26, and I still feel the same way, always amazing service and well spoken agents! Nothing but good things with all my experiences.

Lesleh and Chris (and the whole team) have been super helpful and easy to work with. Lesleh has been our agent for over 5 years, and I stuck with the office even after we moved because of how awesome the team is! All of the employees are awesome at this location. They go above and beyond to make sure I get the most affordable and best recommended coverage for all 4 of my cars so far. They are also incredibly quick, I usually never have to stay more than 20 minutes to get finished with my needs. Have been very pleased since day 1!

I left State Farm after being with them for a very long time due to a really rude person. Then I really missed my service before that rude person and I met Chris. He is State Farm for me. He is very knowledgeable, he goes above and beyond, and he is super patient and kind. So as long as you have people like Chris I will never leave again.

I have been with StateFarm through Lesleh’s office for last 1 year. I have been through both car and home insurance claims. They are very efficient on handling claims and helping us to resolve any issues you may have. Brent is always prompt on handling any questions I had so far. The rates are very reasonable compared to industry. I would definitely recommend getting a quote from this office.

Over the past few years that I have been working with this agency the customer service has been outstanding. I have had a few claims, both auto and homeowners and Chris and Brent have been exceptionally helpful in navigating them. Recently my son turned 16 and got his drivers license and Chris has been outstanding to work with on getting him set up with auto insurance.
