This office is the worst, if I could give them 0 stars I would. I get no responses for calls or emails. I had to replace my windshield a few times during my last coverage period. And when it was time to renew mysteriously my rate increased almost $40 over the year it increased from $170 to $242. I had questions about why my rate increased so much and I received no call back or email responses. When my bank changed from TCF to Alaska and it was time to update my payment information, I got two emails and a phone call within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend that anyone considering this agency look elsewhere.

I went to cancel my policies I still don't understand why when we turn 70 plus they raise our policy we are driving less and more carefully than the "I can say that in my review " anyway I found a company who gives a great discount to people over 65.That's all folks.

This company is a third party agency that operates as Allstate. I will never ever recommend anyone to this location. They will cancel your policy and make changes without notice or consent. They will lie to protect their employees. TJ Green is not professional at all. Very rude. I have filed a formal complaint with the state of Arizona against this company. This agency does not care for there customer just the agency's behind. When we lost our home due to a fire. TJ Green said was good luck to with the lawyers we are not helping. After they made a mistake in canceling our home policy without written Consent or verbal consent. We are still pending more results from the State of Arizona on the formal complaint. Do not trust this agency!
