I signed I storm recovery on as my public adjuster to get some storm damage work done. my contact person. gave us all kinds of sales talk and gave a whole above and beyond pep talk and I'm left with the impression that "talk is cheap" I understand that there is always a chance of being denied a claim but after the initial denial is where the "above and beyond" was supposed to come in. After the initial denial we were promised that a third party adjuster would be brought in. That never happened we were left hanging out adjust ddnt even have the decency to contact us and keep in touch about our claim. We reached out to our adjuster several times and there was not even a call back or a text back at any time to communicate anything and this was in early spring/summer of last year 2024 the least that I storm could've done was to let us know right away that all of the fake promises and enthusiasm was just talk and we could've made some arrangements to have our roof done even if we had to pay for it ourselves what a disappointment

Do not waste your time with this company. I've been waiting since June for them to do a portion of my roof. The have been paid by the insurance company and still my roof is not done. I may have to take legal action to get my money back. Find another roofing company because this company is unprofessional.

Brandon and team did a great job ! They helped us recover from roof damage due to a hail storm.
We got a new roof and gutters on our house and garage! Also some inside ceiling work.
Brandon is very professional and polite. He went above and beyond to help me and my family. I would and did recommend this company.
