I would personally highly recommend Weatherproof Adjusters. I have been working mainly with Angie and Sergio and they are both very knowledgeable and patient when it comes to the explanation of the process. As a homeowners we are so grateful for a new beautiful looking roof that was paid in full by our insurance with help of Weatherproof Adjusters. When hail storm hit our neighborhood we were lost and scared of the consequences but thankfully we contacted Weatherproof Adjusters and got quick appraisal and quick approval.

I'm very happy with Weatherproof Adjusters. Brenden was helping me with my claim. I found him to be very trustworthy, which is why I decided to work with him. They will fight to get you approved for any damages they find from the hailstorm in my town. At the end I was approved for a roof, siding, gutters and shutters- along with new insulation. Communication was great with Brenden and Angie. I referred a few people to them.

I can't say enough about this group of people especially, Brad, Ev, Ed, Angie, and Raquel. They have mastered the ultimate skills in relentless advocacy! It's not easy to haggle with insurance companies when one is faced with devastation of a home disaster. Your biggest investment is now compromised. Using the talents of this group has made for a positive outcome with minimal personal stress involved. Their steadfast determination, skilled negotiations, effective and timely communication, and persistence with my insurance adjuster proved to be the most beneficial outcome. I cannot recommend this company enough. After a tornado came through and we had some damage I did not know where to start. Eduardo, Ev and Angie were so friendly to work with, they are so knowledgeable and they went above and beyond working with our insurance company. They handled all that busy work that could take us hours of phone calls. The roofers and siders were so efficient and quick. They did a tremendous job, I am so happy with how the house turned out. They truly exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend them.

After receiving a cold call from Sergio to assess my roof for storm damage I booked an appt with him. This is something I NEVER do. I am SO glad I did! Sergio (sales/ adjustor) Lawrence ( Project Manager) and Rachel Office) of Weatherproof Adjusters and Restoration Experts. Ev and Ang are the fab owners 😊 I contracted with them to complete the roof, sky light, and window install. Credible companies, credible people! The roofing crew (one female! You go girl! ) did excellent work and clean up! They are ALL communicative, knowledgeable, respectful, professional , trustworthy and kind. Yes, Kindness matters! I would NOT hesitate to refer or hire them again! Thank you all!!
