Terrible. I was contacted by Eric the manager to follow up with my claim and then never heard back from him or Mike. Finally I worked with my insurance on my own and they said they would not pay the claim because this company has fraudulent claims in file and now Mike decided to reappear and he threaten to send me to their legal dept because he insists on me paying them for the work even though my insurance said I cannot work with them. The friend who initially referred me to this company encountered the same issue with her own insurance. Her insurance also told her this company has fraudulent claims and would not work with them. Beware

My experience with this company hasn't been good. The people I dealt with didn't appear to be very honest when reporting how much of the materials they used to replace some wood on my roof. They reported using 15 pieces of wood on my roof when I counted 7 pieces that they took back the truck. I experienced damage to the ceiling due to them not securing the tarp properly on my roof, then it rained and the wind blew it off and the water damaged the ceiling upstairs. When I told them about it, they wanted to tell me I needed a work order for their negligence. I called as soon as this issue occurred and reported it to the rep that came to my house and he told me not to worry about it because they would take care of it. I was able to work through this but shouldn't have had to threaten to withhold payment because they were made aware of their issue.

Now that this project is complete the siding is coming down in the front of the house and I have called them and someone was suppose to come out Tuesday of this week and put it back. I haven't seen or heard from anyone about this and it's now Friday.
I'm disappointed because they were more concerned with getting the business than taking care of the business. I've had siding put on another home and we were left with at least 3 pieces of siding. We were left with nothing and now a piece is coming down.

The siding that is still on the house looks great. My experience just wasn't great and is not one that I would do again with this company.

Cindy Laser helped us get all new siding, including vapor barrier & insulation, completely paid for by insurance, due to a wind & hail storm. The work she did for us is priceless and our home looks beautiful! She also speaks Spanish. Thank you!

I am pleased to write this review. We were in need of a new roof and gutter repair and were uncertain where to begin. The hail damage was evident but my husbands first contact with our insurance company was non productive.That is where Crosscom became an asset.

They went to bat for us and secured us a new roof and gutters. Crosscom's representative, Chris, was professional and patient. He answered all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner.

The roof and gutter work was completed on the agreed upon days and the workers were polite and professional.

We are happy with our new roof and gutters and would recommend Crosscom Public Adjusters to others.

They worked on my neighbors roof and damaged my siding on my side of a 6ft tall fence. Then worked on his siding and damaged my Christmas decorations. When I called to tell them they gave me the run around and never called me back.
