I been dealing with Allcat for our property claims. We had a huge storm back in September 2021. We are still waiting for a response for our mold situation. I have called left multiple voice message no one gets back to us! I have children with asthma and they are getting sick. The mold company came and said they need to start the work ASAP! I’m going to get a lawyer that the way!! Worst company ever!!! What a shame they don’t care

Adjuster/Inspector was awful, though he knew every thing. We had 50-60 mph winds that blew numerous shingles off, plus I have a leak no one seems to be able to find. I filed a claim and the adjuster came, spent very little time on my roof I also had a GAF certified roofer with him, the adjuster blew off everything he said and attributed it to fair wear and tear, and that the hail damage was old. at this time I had shingles laying all over my yard. He alloted me $245 for my entire roof. I went ahead and got The GAF CERTIFIED INSTALLERS to install a new roof. What they found made me sick, 21 rotted sheets of roof decking,cracking and molded shingles from water penatration. The roof over my patio was structured wrong and had to be completely redone, the adjuster never even looked at that portion of the roof. There were numerous city code violations he never caught or just disregarded. He was the worst adjuster I have ever met, and the roofer also said so. So now I have a new $18,240 GAF ROOF SYSTEM roof that is guaranteed for 50 years on materials 20 years labor, and I ger free yearly roof maintenance for 5 years

We lost 3 large patches of shingles during 70mph thunderstorms in March. We didn't think much about the delay in getting an adjuster to inspect the roof but, when the adjuster did show up, it was obvious what type of service we were dealing with. I had put emergency tarps up myself and he didn't want to look under them to assess any damage. Instead, he took pictures of my phone screen while I displayed the pictures that I had taken. After 15 minutes of poking around he said he was done and left. In the meantime I had a roofing contractor do their inspection. They found shingles missing on 3 other aspects not reported by Allcat. Additionally, the shingles did not pass a brittle test, nor are they manufactured any more. Those last two findings require that the entire roof be replaced in TN so it's no wonder it wasn't reported. After 4.5 months of hounding my insurance company, I find out it's Allcat that is holding up the claim. We now have water damage on the other aspects not reported and still have not seen anything from Allcat. I'm just as disappointed in my insurance company for subcontracting such an uncooperative appraisal service.

After a massive wind storm I litterally had shingles falling off my roof on all sides. My claim was referred to Allcat by USAA and their service was horrendous. The corporate office never answered the phone or emails. The first adjuster wasn't available for a week. I asked for another adjuster and the second one never answered his phone. I had to call USAA to get ahold of the adjuster. He then told me he got my messages but worked all day and decided not to call me. When he finally arrived he barely looked at my roof and said it was a $600 fix. If you are referred to them by USAA cancel it immediately and get another service.

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Allcat, an insurance adjusting company that left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. To make matters worse, it is disheartening to learn that USAA, a reputable organization, chooses to associate with such a horrible company.

Even when I made multiple attempts to reach out to them, the level of unresponsiveness persisted. Phone calls went unanswered, voicemails were ignored, and emails seemed to disappear into a black hole. It was incredibly frustrating to feel ignored and left in the dark by a company that should be keeping me informed every step of the way.

The fact that USAA, a company known for its commitment to excellence, associates itself with Allcat is deeply concerning. I expected better from a reputable organization like USAA, and their decision to partner with such an inept adjusting company raises serious doubts about their commitment to their customers.

My wife's car remains smashed up on the street to date with no foreseeable end in sight due to this travesty. I pay for insurance for a reason. Give me what I pay for. My next review will be for USAA.

USAA transferred my home owners insurance claim to this company after a freeze moved through my area and caused a pipe burst. A pretty standard claim with resulting water damage. In two months, Allcat managed to send out two separate adjusters who both gave egregiously low estimates despite having estimates from my contractor with exact details on what the repairs would actually cost. They refuse to answer any questions directly, intentionally delay paperwork processing, and lowball adjuster estimates which further delays the process and potentially denies me money I am entitled to under my policy. This company made me claims experience 10x more stressful than the claim already was, and I requested that USAA transfer my claim from this company directly back to USAA. Good riddance and I sincerely wish you luck if you are forced to work with this company.

Huge storm before l8ckdown. Entire roof damaged. Leaks throughout home and in attic. Windows broken etc. Area declared national diaster Claims Need still not paid. Notice they have lost many lawsuits over same issue.. I am filing a BBB COMPLAINT AND CONTACTING A LAWYER. You should too. Shame on USAA for doing business with them.

Terrible company!!!! Their goal is to try to repair your home in the cheapest possible way and then they depreciate your homes value to keep from repairing my home properly. This was after the President declared our area as a Natural Disaster area. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy!!
