While this office was AMAZING when Rick DeGraffinreid ran it, I couldn't be more disappointed in the current ownership. I've called and left several messages with no response. In fact, every time I call, it goes straight to voice mail. Apparently there is no staff to answer phones. We need to increase the coverage on our property, but with no one to help us, I guess it's time to find someone who actually cares about their clientele. So disappointed!

UPDATE: finally able to make connections with Katrina. Turns out, she had outdated information for us and we had misinformation in making contact with her. Had a wonderful meeting with her and looking forward to continuing doing business.
