I am an extremely picky/detail oriented customer and Jessica and Jeanette have ALWAYS gone above and beyond to get our insurance needs met. They are very comfortable working via email and always have the right answer.

In the day-and-age of attempting to do as much of this yourself online, the personal touch and care that having an actual insurance agent locally that you can work with and challenge with questions cannot be undersold (Google doesn't come close!).

I try to do a lot "on my own" (I'm a Software Developer, so a Computer doesn't scare me), but time and again Merenz Insurance Agency has proven that the personal touch of a skilled professional cannot be replaced by an automated system.

We have had to make multiple claims (Lost a car to Hail / Got Rear Ended) and every time they have helped us navigate the process with our insurance agency. When we purchased our home they worked with us 1:1 both in person (and over the phone on more than one occasion) to get us the right coverage and the right price.

Recently we purchased a new car, and working with Jessica we were able to get a quote, play with the coverage, and have a solid plan in place long before we signed on the dotted line. We refinanced our house in the same month and again Jessica was on top of it, making sure we had the documents we needed to close quickly and lock in an amazing rate.
