When our home burned down in the Bobcat fire, I was grateful beyond words for Rachel’s guidance through the process of insuring it a year prior. Jennifer Hammock was knowledgeable and extremely flexible to make time when MY schedule allowed. Due to a vehicle emergency, I had to get a car from the dealership on a Sunday afternoon. Being scattered, I forgot to upgrade my insurance. Jennifer was able to get me covered in the time it took us to sign paperwork and we were able to drive of the lot stress free. Our auto insurance experience was so wonderful that we came back to her for renters and life insurance. Thank you Jennifer!!
