Drove 1.5 hours for a global entry appointment, called to get directions to the entrance they said park anywhere we'll wait for you" we hung up, I walk to the entrance call for security to let me in, nothing, let it ring for 30 minutes no answer. Finally after a second wait on hold the same person answers tells me I'm late and now they are closed and to come back Tuesday.

Went through to enter into Mexico for the solar eclipse, they searched our car which is cool, protocol and all. What's not cool is that they stole the following items: A green cap with a melting pineapple on it, a yellow hat from the green parrot at key west with the words: A sunny place for Shady people, a jbl 6 s

What once was a smooth and efficient border crossing has become an absolute nightmare. I can't begin to understand why so many customs are on shift but only 2 are actually working. Most of the time I cross, a group of no less than 5 customs are always running their suck doing absolutely nothing. Whoever became in charge of this border in the recent years has made a disaster.

Been through here several times as a pedestrian. Can't speak for driving across. But walking across back in to the U.S. has always been fast and efficient, and the agents have always been professional and courteous.

Why do our homeland security higher rude and unprofessional people. We have got stopped and pulled to the side many of times before. This has not been the first, I pulled out my phone because We have the right to record anywhere (for our safety) a lady officer told me to put down my phone and that was trying to put words in my mouth saying "I didn't want to set the phone down" Then a Male officer came up, saying we can not record them (for their safety) he also instructed us to leave the phones in the vehicle and go sit. I did then this couple came around too with a dog with the phone in her hand. Rules should go for everybody. I could say so much more uglier stuff but it's not necessary.
