Exaggeration aside, Hovis and Associates really is a great upline to have. They are always on top of and current with the companies whose business we write.

They, as a company, operate completely honestly, openly, and seeking to maximize their customer experience (broker and policy applicant).

Individually, the owners (family-owned) are first-class. They are very knowledgeable, effective, and trustworthy. And they are actually nice people whose company is very pleasant.

And they are smart and attentive in their hiring/staffing. Two individuals in particular stand out for their responsiveness and attention to detail--Sam(antha) and Lacey. Sooooo knowledgeable and dedicated to being and doing the most to facilitate my broker experience. They find ways to minimize the many hours of annual certification and licensing, they know their (our) products inside out, and they spare no personal effort in helping to write and get my business issued. Sam and Lacey are two of my absolute favorites, and I am so appreciative that they are the people they are.

I couldn’t ask for a better up line . I have been very happy with the support and knowledge I receive from the entire staff at Hovis . If they don’t have the answer I need, they get it . The tools and training are wonderful . As the president of a company I have limited
Time and patience for the Amin part of my business . They help take that stress off of me by knowing the procedures and processes for each carrier . Great job for 2021 guys
