I've been a customer of Dealers Resource Center since November 22 with Diamond Premium package. They have been extremely helpful in numerous occasions. At the beginning I had my doubts about them but so far I received nothing but a high quality customer service. Glad to be a customer of them!

I am overall very satisfied with the claim process. I had minimal direct interactions, but when I did, the customer service was transparent with the details I requested. The claim process started with the dealership, who quoted me $6000 above the claim estimate, so I want to another repair shop who ended up doing the work for $2000 above the quote. While I’m not thrilled that I had to pay anything above the quote, I was happy to get a brand new engine. The repair shop worked directly with the warranty company, and everything was seamless.

Dealers Resource Center has been timely on paying for work. Do not recommend mcdonald hyundai to do the work. The problem turned out to be larger than anticipated and waiting to hear how the inspection goes to replace the hybrid battery.

I verified w/ 2 mechanics my car needed an engine. I figured it would be a “battle” on the warranty. It was actually quick & simple to file the claim & they replaced my engine with no problems! Thank you for providing excellent customer service & fixing my car!

Great service from fast claim approval to customer service. Amanda personally handled a claim that had to be reviewed twice and was approved in hours! First time buying an extended warranty, the communication between the dealer and DRC was great! I would recommend Dealer Resource Center for any warranty needs.

Bought the best policy coverage with $0 deductible. They covered the previous repairs as promised and agreed. This last one was more repair dollars. They did not cover the expense completely. That is dishonorable. Additionally when the Ford dealer needed to replace a part that was removed (in order to do the repair) as it was unserviceable and unknown until the repairs started, DRC denied paying that cost. Dishonorable again. In summary I purchased the best most expensive plan from them, with $0 deductible, and because of their lack of integrity I had to pay almost 20% of the repair. Sad thing is, they're likely all corrupt.

I edited them down to 1 star because of their disingenuous response. They've got my contact, they've got the history, they can call or contact me to return the $1600 they decided to cheat me out of.

The warranty itself was expensive, I think the dealership set that price. I am definitely glad I purchased the warranty. They have not given me any trouble with the covered items and my claims are settled the same day.
