Wouldn't trust them. After having an initial discussion (and letting them know how in need we were, and quickly), sending over a contract, and letting us know we were good to go as soon as the contract was signed, I asked for clarification about a sketchy clause in the contract that absolved them of responsibility if they were to make an error. When I asked for the contract to be amended to reflect the explanation in their email response, they didn't respond for over a week and then decided they "didn't have time to take us on." Super unprofessional, sketchy, and not courteous. Would not recommend and glad we didn't end up working with them. Read your contract carefully.
