Talia is the most unprofessional person I have ever met not only did they mess up on my taxes but when I tried to address it with them I was informed thank God I'm not her client any more and then refused my calls I could hear them answering and hanging up. I found the letter they told me to give them even can't do that when they are to unprofessional to even answer the phone its thank God I never need to go back but I will be in person one more time so they can't just hang up on me. If she didn't live in glendive she would be a joke and unemployed in a second I guess that's why people stay there they can't make it anywhere else

It's been almost a year to do a simple tax return and still dont have my taxes filed from previous year. No one at this business can give me any answers as to why they haven't been completed yet. There employees are not properly trained on tax preparation and no one will return any phone calls. If you are considering going here for any service for your own good go anywhere but here. Very dissatisfied I will never go here again.
