Farmers is a joke, trying to get a quote to add to my policy is like pulling teeth. Called here to get a claim on my roof and got laughed at, great hometown service 🙄

Original review 10/3/21 - One Star:
After my truck was stolen out of state, I called Roger's office to find out what I needed to do about renting a car to get home. His associate, Dalton explained that my (full coverage) policy did not provide for a rental car and that I needed to arrange and pay for the rental myself. So, that's what I did. A few hours later, while speaking to the adjuster assigned to my claim, I was told that Farmers does in fact provide their customers with a rental car in cases of theft at no charge! So my adjuster, not my local agent, went ahead and arranged for a rental car on my behalf. Now I had to go back and cancel the reservation I made myself. But since it was inside 24 hours, I was subject to a $50 cancellation fee. So, I kindly asked Roger to cover the fee since it was due to bad information given by one of his employees. Here was Roger's response;
"Hi Al, I'm sorry the car got stolen, glad the adjuster was able to get you taken care of. If the premium that is due is not paid in full the policy will cancel, We have no way of controlling a cancellation fee for a rental car company. I know you'll understand.
Thanks, Roger"

Roger and the team have superior customer service. He helped me throughout the whole process, Got the right coverage/policy I needed, very promptly and smooth. My vehicle is now insured and couldn’t have picked a better insurance. Highly recommended!
