Brian did an awesome job! I had a terrible freeze up at my property. The first offer I received from the insurance company was 41k. Brian certainly made a bad situation better. Several tree branches had literally become embedded in my roof and the homeowners insurance payout to fix the roof was ridiculously low. After contacting a local roofer he immediately referred me to Brian. He explained the process, what he would be negotiating and kept me informed. My new roof has been installed and thanks to Brian I was able to get a bigger settlement. Prompt, professional, friendly and effective.

I had a devastating water pipe burst that caused massive damage. Thankfully I contacted Brian at Cornerstone to protect my rights as a homeowner with the insurance company. Brian worked to secure services with clean-up, property storage, plumbing, demolition, re-build and dry cleaning and the associated claim reimbursement. It required a lot of coordination and negotiation. Brian was fantastic to work with. We had a frozen pipe that led to a massive water leak. We called him right away and he handled everything, from the remediation company, the insurance company and all the other contractors. He even set up the contract with the General Contractor we hired to rebuild. He handled all communication with the insurance company and made sure that we got what we needed to rebuild. An absolute professional and a pleasure to work with. If you have a loss, make Brian your first call.

Incredibly impressed with Brian and the company as a whole. I reached out to a contractor for a window repair where he found signs of a leak from the roof.
