Called on a Monday for home and auto quote. Provided all the information and was told he was busy but I would get a call tomorrow. No call all week, next week monday I call again he’s busy but will get a msg, Tue we get a email with home quote but no auto. I call again wed. morning he’s not available but a msg will be delivered.
