Troy Smith is excellent. Quick to respond via phone/email and very knowledgeable. We transferred our insurance to MO Farm Bureau from Progressive and he saved us so much money. He helped us with our two autos and renter’s insurance for 2+ years. Had one claim during that period which he made easy. We cancelled our policy ONLY because we moved out of state and had to. Definitely recommend him for your insurance needs.

Went to pay my bill. They had no record of me and wouldn't open a policy. Said someone would call back. Nobody ever did. I went to Vogel-Stuart in Columbia, MO or I wasn't getting legal.
