After Hurricane Ian in September 2022, we sustained massive damage to our waterfront home in Cape Coral. At a friend’s recommendation, we immediately started looking for Public Adjusters. After speaking to a few, I found Luciano at Peninsula. He was excellent. He’s all business, and was ready for a dogfight with our insurance company. Unfortunately after our initial claim, our insurance company was deemed insolvent and taken over by the state of Florida. Luciano continued our claim with FIGA, having to resubmit everything, and working through five or six different desk adjusters. Eventually, he was able to secure a settlement for us that we were very happy with. And no need for an attorney. The 10% fee is more than worth it. I would recommend Luciano to anyone dealing with an insurance company if you don’t feel their offer is appropriate. Thanks again to the whole Peninsula crew!

DO NOT utilize Peninsula Public Adjusters, Miami, Florida. They have drug out our claim by not communicating or responding to our insurance company. Tamara Martell is a phony! Gives you all of these great plans and then never follows through with anything. All this company wants is signatures on their agreements. They DO NOT work for the consumer!!! They work for themselves and their 10% commission. Our claim with them was opened in December 2022 and Tamara Martell has yet to coordinate with the insurance company's adjuster for a second visit. Lots of big words to make herself look good and in the end she proved to be a phony. Don't get scammed by this company.

Mike Wilson was awesome to work with. He battled back and forth with our insurance company for a year and a half. He kept in constant contact with us so we always knew what was going on. In the end, he got us exactly what we deserved based on our damages and expenditures resulting from hurricane Ian. It was a long process having to wait to get our home and yard back to it's original state before Ian. But it's finally over and now the work can begin. Thanks Mike. You were great!!!!

Peninsula Public adjusters were outstanding from the start. Ricardo and Ivan were able to get us almost 3 times more than what the insurance company wanted to give us. We highly recommend them to anybody who has had to put in a home owners claim to their insurance company. No matter the claim, big or small. We used them 2 times already and they truly are amazing.

Peninsula Public Adjusters filed two claims for me. Because this was my first home and I was dealing with several issues, it was very beneficial to me to hire someone who could make it easier for me. I was referred to Peninsula Public Adjusters by a friend and very thankful that I employed their services. My agent was Ricardo who was phenomenal and assisted me right away for the negotiations on my claim settlement. Ricardo was professional, prompt, conscientious to my needs, and constantly in contact with me to eventually reach a settlement between me and my homeowners insurance. My homeowners insurance, Universal Property
Insurance, offered me an awful settlement offer, and Ricardo quickly reached a settlement which was financially fair for my hurricane damages.
