I could go on and on, but I’ll bottom line it instead. Dishonest, incompetent, rude, and a liability to every single person whose policy he holds. He cost us $600 due to not starting a policy he said he started over the phone among other things. In hindsight, after speaking with other people he has screwed over, we feel very lucky to have cut ties when we did. He should not be licensed to sell insurance or anything else where others’ well being is in his hands.
