Yasiel Ramirez came to me through a friend who had worked with him. Great guy….he communicated his role and potential timelines for all of his work. Hurricane Ian was a powerful storm that created havoc on Sanibel Island. I was happy to have Yaz helping through the insurance challenges. He is a good person to know. Yasiel Ramirez was recommended by a family friend after Hurricane Ian.

When I first met Yasiel, he explained the whole process and what to expect. He allowed me to read through the contract on the iPad before I signed it without any pressure.

Insurance Company dragged their feet, however Yasiel was very persistent and had good follow-through with the two separate field adjusters the Insurance company had used to inspect my home.

He did work with the second field adjuster virtually via phone call etc. to explain his position on what he felt was a fair adjustment.

In the end, the recovery was more than we were expecting and we were very happy with the results. Our home was made whole again due to his hard work and persistent follow-through.

Even when I was being neurotic and had many questions, he answered them either via Text, E-Mail or phone call if it was more involved and was very responsive and did not seem annoyed.

I highly recommend Yasiel for his persistence & responsiveness.

Thank goodness that I hired Yasiel to support me on my Hurricane Ian claim! You’ll be glad he’s on your team when you go through the claim process because it can be Long and Grueling.

He supported me in a professional manner so that I didn’t get lost in BIG insurance company quick resolution attempt. He informed me of the process, next steps and always communicated with me. He’s quick to reply to questions (Emails & Text). When I felt like the BIG insurance company had forgotten me, Yasiel provided additional options to ensure my claim was kept in the front of the que.
