Terrible service. Sending small lottery cards to security for over 2 months for things I’ve never had issues with before that they’ve cashed. Make sure you figure out who’s working that day and whatever rules they make up so you don’t mess up and they hold your money indefinitely. Not buying anymore tickets that can win me going to this place again.

After watching Lt. Dan Patrick talk about the lottery commission and how they are ripping people off through third party companies. Everybody needs to stop buying lottery. You're not gonna win. It's rigged. Yup, I'm done with it, not buying any more tickets ever again. I'd rather spend my money in Las. Vegas, at least you'll have fun.

Zero star review after reading the current legal investigations. I hope that the Texas Lottery Commission completely shut down due to the jackpot corruptions and refund the monies back to all the lottery players that were hoping to win big because they are the working low-income households, elderly or homeless.

Shame on you TLC for allowing online jackpot courier Apps to allegedly cheat local Texans. Total greed and disrespect!

Visiting the claims centre was incredibly easy. The staff were great and very helpful. I was in and out in probably 10 minutes.
There is free 30 minute parking across the road.

Parked at museum up the street. Was not certain if there was public parking in same building as the claim center. Paid $15 at museum lot, which was good for all day until midnight, but I was out of there after about 30 minutes. Long enough to walk down a block to claim my lotto winnings. The workers at the claim center were very friendly and helpful.
