I have been using Kerr Civil Process as an associate at another law firm and at my own law firm for over three years now. I have never encountered a process service operation that is as diligent, responsive, or organized as they are. There are enough things to worry about in litigation. If you are reading this trying to find a good process server, you can stop looking. I can't recommend them enough.

Unfortunately I had to sue an old associate in small claims recently. The constable's office was not able to locate the person. An old friend recommended trying a private process serving company.
I came across Griffin/Kerr CP and was delighted to know that not only were the owners from Austin but they grew up in North Austin like myself.
They were able to "serve" my old associate and also handle the affidavit in the court.
These guys made this terrible process much easier to swallow.
I don't recommend that anyone go through a lawsuit or divorce, but if so, a solid company like Griffin/Kerr will make the process a little bit less headache inducing.
