She was relentless in solving my problem not receiving payment through email and she insisted on staying on the phone until payment was received close to closing time. I had called for a claim for my customer at work. First two people I talked with said both rear tires would be covered under their plan which I thought was odd concerning only one was damaged other was just low tread. So not only the first person I talked with said this the following person said both would be covered as well. I called again for payment when then I was told only one would be covered which was after I already told my customer both would be covered. I talked with a supervisor who said he would talk with those who misinformed me but who knows. I work in customer service I know how this all works. But to have your employees lying about coverage is unacceptable. I deal with a lot of warranties and am very disappointed by this one

I work at a dealership and once you learn the process, it’s very easy to start and finish a claim. Every one I come in contact with is friendly, quick, and knowledgeable especially Tim McLaughlin. I had a claim approved within 15-20 mins. Our customers are always happy with their coverage purchase.

I went through 3 reps to get a claim processed to get reimbursed for a key replacement. With each rep, I sent all of the required documents, which was simply just the invoice of proof of payment of the key at the dealership. 1st rep quit working there without notice. 2nd assigned rep just never responded. 3rd rep never followed through with the processing. I sent multiple emails to each of the 3 reps kindly asking for an update. I don’t understand the high reviews for this business. If it weren’t for the fact the key replacement cost me almost $700 I would quit trying to contact this business. Maybe that’s how it works. If you get too tired, you’ll just end up giving up trying to get reimbursed.
