This was the fast service that I have ever received from a claims department. I have Tire and Wheel coverage on my Nissan Sentra. I put in claim for tires at 9:46 am. Originally had issues with my claim and them denying it. Then my claim was escalated to higher up supervisor whom took care of it and got it approved. Definitely has made the process much easier since the claim was transferred over to him. Appreciate what they have done.

Two shops would not accept insurance for repairs because of slow pay and said I needed to pay and get reimbursement from the insurance company. They said they have issue with most they deal with but were not familiar with EG assurance. The ETHOS GROUP customer service was extremely helpful and upon receipt of the paid invoice, received my reimbursement within 5 days. Very pleased!

I asked to speak to an Ethos manager and a manager (Craig Goad) called me within an hour of my request. He was very helpful and listened to my issue. He followed up with the service department at the dealership and was able to rectify the issue and my claim was covered. I signed up to get EG Assurance when I bought my Jeep. I had to get a new tire! They responded immdediately when I emailed them The Customer Service Team, AMANDA and ROCKY are EXCELLENT! As the next day I received an email and then the following day I sent what they needed and they responded back THE SAME DAY and said I would receive reimbursement! If I was at the Dealership they would have put in for payment but I was somewhere else and bought a tire but they still reimbursed me! EG ASSURANCE definately proved to be a GOOD CHOICE!
