I cannot say enough about this insurance broker. In fact if it was six stars would have opted to do six stars instead of five. Out of nowhere our home insurance was raised from 400$ to 2500$ a month. we were shocked and thought it an error. it was not. And desparately we looked around for something else as soon as possible. Customer service beyond expectations. They set me up originally with an insurance provider that later determined that my particular situation (part-time resident) did not meet their policy guidelines for providing coverage. Doug sourced another provider, arranged payment for premium, and ensured the original company followed through with a complicated refund process that involved checks that were sent to an un-monitored mailbox. Highly recommend this company!
