Don’t use them. They hire employees not appointed by the state of Florida. My insurance company stopped responding to them due to this. Those employees were negotiating without talking to my family first. A certified letter was sent to the owner with no response. Legal action will be happening soon. Also, the state of Florida is proceeding with their investigation to hold Ajuster Groups LLC accountable. Anyone affected by Hurricane Milton, DO NOT USE ADJUSTER GROUPS LLC. This group is boo boo! Bad communication and negotiating without the owner knowing and undercutting the owners damages is not good practice of an adjuster who should be working for you. They work for themselves, they don’t care about you. You will be hearing from me soon.

Horrible experience. Poor communication!! After almost 2 years of STRESS happy this is over. They cashed my check today and will not reply LOL just lovely! 3 of the employees working my claim all have quit and I definitely understand why. Hopefully others have a better experience.

I have to give this company five stars! Clinton Nix and his team out of Punta Gorda have helped me tremendously over the last year after these awful hurricanes. They came in person to talk to me and check out the issues I was dealing with. They have worked with me every step of the way and answered any questions I have had. I can't say enough about them.
