We recently transferred our home, our lake cabin, 2 rental homes, 2 automobiles, a boat, and an ATV to Charles Meyer Insurance. Christine and her team helped us figure out our paperwork mess! They were patient with us, helped us organize and made the process seamless and easy to understand. We received an increase in coverage without an increase in premium, or only slightly on some and less on others. The staff is honest, friendly and responded quickly with accurate information. They were easy to work with, went out of their way to find the coverage we were seeking and made recommendations to make us feel more comfortable with protecting our assets. I would highly recommend Christine and the team at Charles Meyer Insurance Agency.

Conrad was able to help me get coverage after my insurance company of 20+ years stopped processing my autopayment without notification and stopped my coverage without notification! I'm so grateful I was able to get in touch and work with Christine! She was so much help to me in searching for the best rates for home and auto insurance. My previous home insurance raised my rates almost $1000 for the year without informing me. I only discovered the change when my mortgage payment went up over $100. I immediately started looking for a new company, and other ones I contacted only gave me quotes that were only a little cheaper. Christine did some shopping for me and found me a great plan that was almost $1500 cheaper than what I had. She explained to me all of the different unnecessary categories the other carrier had added on and took the time to go through all of my options with me. She was honest about what coverage I really needed and what I could eliminate. Conrad got me an excellent car insurance rate, gave me important recommendations for related services, and was honest about my home insurance not being worthwhile to switch over. He is very kind, and was very patient with my questions. I have never needed to file a claim, and hopefully never will, but I feel confident about the company being there if I should need them.

Can't speak highly enough of this place. Conrad is great - he was exceedingly patient and prompt in answering all of my questions, and he got me some very reasonable rates. All-in-all, a shockingly painless experience! Highly recommend.
