I was going through a very tough time in my personal life and found Ruthie. She was so kind and patient to help. I fell short on my job and home and had to make serious changes. I lost my license, my job, my home, my marriage!! So the last thing on my list was having insurance. It wasn’t personal.
Fast forward, 6 months later, I’m finally well and able. I kept her card the entire time because I did feel awful not being able to keep it up, and she was so kind before, and as I understand everyone has bills!
I call and call.. messages, messages… no call backs no nothing until I finally get her in the phone and she proceeds to YELL at me! Telling me it’s all about her and her commission and she wants nothing to do with me!!! I was APPALLED!!!! She did not even give me a chance to explain myself! She cut me off with a smart alic attitude saying Sorry honey, I can’t deal with “people like you”!
People like me? What who struggle in real life events and sometimes just can’t keep up?! My heart truly hurt when she spoke to me that way as I had truly thought so much more of her…
I share this experience to be an advocate for KINDNESS! She did not show an OUNCE of grace or even TRY to!!
So as it says, in Lamentations,
“Let him offer his cheek to one who would strike him, and let him be filled with disgrace.”
‭‭I will pray the Lord softens your heart.. maybe this message will engage with you and your minimal crowd. Good riddance.

Very disrespectful,I waited for a Week for a Call back.I wouldn't do any business with them.# 2 after I said this they made up a BS Story and Said They Tried to Contact Me Total lie.Dont Ever Do Business With Them.Not Only Disrespectful But A Lier also
