Terrible. Almost a year after a small incident, this company claims to have sent a check to our address that was meant for the auto body shop, and is saying we cashed it - in which we did not (they have not provided “proof”, they won’t even answer calls or return voicemails). We had to pay that money to the shop in order to avoid issues with them. Our bank shows no record of any cashed check. We’ve never even see such a check in the mail. Christoper who is over this claim has been horrible and non responsive to our calls, as the rest of the company. This is completely fraudulent.

This company has failed me. They cunningly extended my life insurance account, tell me i have no other accounts in their records (I have 4 total), and hang the phone up on me when I ask for a Supervisor. Further more, every time I call i get someone that can't speak English clearly. They need a new CEO to clean up the rank and file of those working for them because there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Never buy insurance from this provider. Very pathetic service. When my parents visited US, I have bought the insurance from here by paying $1300 for a 5 months period. I had to take my father to a hospital and got a bill of around $1800. When hospital submitted the bills to this insurance company for claim, this company asked several documents (Provided the health records from last 2 years) and after taking almost 8 months to review the claim, they rejected our claim. Now I have all the bills from my pocket despite purchasing a expensive insurance coverage. Very pathetic service from the Insurance company at snail speed. Stay away from this insurance company. it does not deserve even 1 star.

Worst experience ever with a "health insurance company". I'm starting to think they are fake because I keep sending files from the medical center I visited and they ask for additional documents every time. Although I paid for the most expensive package, still doesn't count.
So, my feedback: Stupid call center employees, awful services, bad coordination, wrong information, useless company.
If you are searching for a health insurance plan, good for you, keep searching.

Because of my experience with this company regarding aircraft insurance, I will never do business with Tokio Marine HCC a.k.a Tokio Marine Holdings Inc. ever again (for life). Do not expect this company to honor any agreement they make with you.

USSIC (U.S. Specialty Insurance Company)
Avemco Insurance Company

When in doubt, ask your broker who owns the underwriter.

Worst insurance and customer service ever!!! On their 800... line there’s only one person who gets all the calls and she does not know how to treat a customer at all. They will charge you extra and will not cover all what they said on your policy. Tried to call other numbers that found online, no one helps. WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I have filed a complaint against their insured's bond. Tokio Marine HCC works very hard to drag out the claims process in hopes of not paying out on claims. Proceeding with legal action and complaint against HCC Tokio Marine with the Department of Insurance as next step. Not what you would expect from an insurance surety company.
