John Milburn has been our insurance agent for auto and for a small business I own since 2017. He is GREAT!. He pro-actively searches out the best deals for us each year before renewal. Any time I have questions, he takes time to explain things to me and will research before answering. He has saved us thousands of dollars on insurance. Super nice guy too!

I love Milburn Agency! They check all insurance companies. I just call them anytime and ask them to review again to be sure I'm getting the best price. They are also extremely knowledgeable and are able to answer all my questions and give me advice on what to do. They even helped me with what to do when I was rear ended, and when I had a rotting tree. A regular company won't do all that. You won't regret using them!

Great experience with the Milburn Agency! They definitely focus on the customer, and I got inexpensive apartment insurance with great coverage! Also very knowledgeable about insurance, answered all of my questions, and made helpful recommendations. And it was nice to have an agent because it gives you a direct person to contact rather than calling a generic company number or trying to chat online!
