Go to make a payment online, website cant even load. try to make a payment over the phone, get stuck with a ai that cant even tell if and when you are talking, agents only call during the worst hours when the average person is busy at work and rarely answer anyways. Makes one wonder how its legal for scum to purposely make it as hard as possible to make payments so they can continue to make more off of you

My daughter called to make a payment, and Bobby asks her, "why doesn't your mother just have the money auto-drafted from her own account since she sends it to you every month"?
I'm sorry, but how is that an appropriate comment to someone calling to make a payment? And what business is it of theirs, on how she gets the money to pay? I called to speak to manager Jade, who was very uninterested and unapologetic about the condescending manner of her employee. This is an extremely rude and unprofessional company.

Approximately two years ago, some accounts linked to my name were reported to Equifax and TransUnion. I informed both agencies that I had not received any notification from Rocky Mountain Professionals by mail about these accounts. As a result, the said accounts were subsequently removed from my credit record.Last month, I received another bill from Rocky Mountain Professionals with added accounts and detailed transactions up to September 29, 2023. Upon contacting your office on that date, the representative I spoke with introduced herself as a debt collector and mentioned that our conversation might be recorded. When I inquired if it was indeed being recorded, she confirmed in the affirmative. I then proceeded to explain that the bills from Bozeman Health and Community Partners were disputed due to a lack of prior notice, a reason recognized and acted upon by the credit reporting agencies.I formally requested a detailed breakdown of all accounts, a request which was made ten days ago. However, on today's date, October 9th, another representative contacted me, seeking clarification on which account breakdowns I was referring to. After I reiterated my request for a comprehensive breakdown, he informed me that I would have to wait an additional 14 days.Given that Rocky Mountain Professionals is located less than 70 miles from my residence, and considering that I've already waited for ten days, I find the further delay of 14 days to be concerning.

This company is pure evil. Vile and disgusting. They will steal your tax refunds without your consent, steal money from your bank account without your consent, and garnish your wages with zero consideration as to whether or not it makes you homeless and without food. I don’t know how anyone who works for this company sleeps at night. It’s sickening that it’s legal to bankrupt a human being. Here’s a pro tip for anyone reading this. Don’t ever get sick. Don’t ever get into medical debt. This company will break you until you can no longer afford to live. Centron Services has made me consider suicide for the first time in my life. It’s the only way I see out of position they’ve put me in.

Katie is the worst call center agent I’ve ever talked to in my life. Not sure where she went wrong in life, but she’d be much better suited as a Walmart door greeter. Maybe then she’d actually have some value as a person.

These guys are wonderful to work with. If you are polite and friendly, they extend the same courtesy to you. I've had to move payments around a bit and they were extremely agreeable and pleasant. I think they get bad reviews because people are looking for someone to blame for their debts, but being someone who has learned the hard way, it's best just to bite the bullet and pay what you can. If you are cooperative with them, they will do whatever they can to help you out. It seems to me that they really try to take into consideration that if you had the money to pay off the bill in the first place, they wouldn't have to contact you, and they try their best to put themselves in your shoes. I'm glad they are managing my payments, and although my account is nearly paid off, it was always a pleasant experience for me.

I called them back and gave them all my information to pay off my debt today and the lady doing the transaction was very uppity and made it know that she was better then you. I'm happy I paid the debt off but it would have been very nice if the woman was more friendly and not so judgemental. I was polite and friendly and she came off as very rude and standoffish. Wont be dealing with them again!

Just called this company because of a $ amount they took out of someones account who is really close to me. I know that this person sent in paper work explaining that he has 4 young children and his situation financially. He tried to set up $200 a month payments but no they wanted $350. So they put him in default and took almost $1000 out of his checking account making it so now that he can not pay any bills or even feed his children. What a bunch of ruthless jerks these people are. Do you people ever stop and consider that there is a reason why people struggle to pay their bills? No they don't. Now he is probably going to loose his home, car several other bills going to collections. Centron Services Inc you people should be ashamed of yourselves for your awful practices. All you do is hurt people even more. And to the companies that use this company I hope you think twice when you read the reviews about what they do to people
