We had a little bit more involved loan with a conventional and renovation loan on an older house that needs a good amount of work. That made the process take a little longer and both us and Evergreen Home Loans had to do a little more due diligence to get ready to close. But all along the way Crystal, Kayla, and others at Evergreen Home Loans were really good at answering any questions we had and would get back to us promptly - sometimes even later at night or on the weekends, which I did not expect, but was cool nonetheless. Overall they were easy to work with and had great communication, I would definitely recommend their services.

Crystal has been walking us thru the loan process since 2016 when we bought our 1st investment property at the ages of 21. We knew nothing! Since the she has graciously walked us thru FHA, Conventional and commercial loans. But our greatest reason for making this comment is our most recent loan on the home of our dreams! Every curve ball was thrown her way! From credit score debacles, constant deadline changes, and competing lenders, but we made it just in time! 1wk before the due date of our 3rd born!

We were so fortunate that she has been networking with our agent and the sellers agent for some time now, and was stellar at communicating!
