We had a wonderful experience filing our taxes here! Angela was extremely helpful in ensuring we had all the forms necessary for filing our taxes and making sure we saved money anywhere we could. Specifically, my wife worked a new 1099 position this past year, and Angela provided expert advise on how to properly track my wife's expenses and what information we needed prepared throughout the year for this tax season to make sure we claimed everything we could. Ultimately, the services we received here were exemplary, and I would, and will recommend Tax Plus to my friends and family!

Baker & Sons Inc. has been with Tax Plus for 8.5 years.
We are a small commercial roofing company. Tax Plus has efficiently processed our payroll needs during this time. Our company also uses Tax Plus for our Business books and reports as well as our personal taxes.

TaxPlus is a decent company with friendly, helpful, and knowledge staff. They are easy to talk with and help in any way they can. I have been with TaxPlus since about 2019 and have incountered no major problems. Any small issues that arise are discussed and resolved in a satisfactory manner.🤗

If I could select 0 stars, I would. They hire incompetent people with no experience. Many mistakes were caught on my account by me. The owner did not make any effort to rectify and when the employee continued to make mistakes, they continued to have her do my bookkeeping. What's worse, is after I fired them, they continued to file things with the IRS that I told them I would do myself. They charged me $1,000 just for adding some categories in quickbooks! I've done this myself and it's not difficult and it does not take as much time as they claimed it took. They are not even certified CPA'S! I was with them for a year and they still didn't get to understand my business when I left them. The most important part! Do not give them your business, they will not work for yours!
